《友友网支付说明》

 

为保证会员支付信息的安全,友友网使用Paypal支付平台收款。无论您是否拥有Paypal帐号,都可以便捷安全的进行支付。

  • Paypal帐号付款:进入支付平台后直接登录您的Paypal帐号付款。

  • 信用卡付款:进入支付平台后选择无Paypal帐号,使用信用卡付款。请准确填写您申请信用卡时提交的住址及电话确保交易成功。

 

 

《友友网退款条例》

 

友友将尽最大努力确保您有满意的客户体验。支付之前,请您了解需要购买的产品的退款条例。

根据购买产品和服务的不同性质,请仔细阅读下列对应条例:

 

友友团购实体产品

友友团购实体产品由供货商直接供货至顾客。团购价产品仅在产品有缺陷或者与广告宣传不符时可以退货。所有其余退款将由顾客与商家直接协商处理。所有退货及退款将在商家收到寄还的货物之后开始处理。产品运回给商家的费用由顾客负责。为避免耽误您的时间,请认真阅读产品说明,团购细则以及过往消费者的评价。

 

鉴于食品的特殊性质,友友团购的副食/有机食品售出后100%不能进行退货及退款。如果产品的质量有任何问题,请在收货后7天内与我们联系。我们将把问题向商家反映并为您争取最大的利益。

 

友友团购网络帐号

友友团购网络帐号在开班前3天之前可申请全额退款。开班之后不能进行退款。

 

友友团购娱乐场所门票

在购买门票之后30天以内,如果您还未使用门票并希望退款,请联系我们为您进行全额退款。30-60天内的退款要求,我们会将您的要求与商家协商。根据商家的配合,我们将为您发放相当于产品部分或全额的信用金额供您下次使用。

如果门票的有效期低于30天,全额退款有效期截止有效日期前三天。已过期的门票不能申请退款。

 

友友团购演出类门票

鉴于演出机构的售票政策,演出类门票一经售出不能退款。

 

友友团购商家兑换券

在购买兑换券之后30天以内,如果您还未使用兑换券并希望退款,请联系我们为您进行全额退款。30-60天内的退款要求,我们会将您的要求与商家协商。根据商家的配合,我们将为您发放相当于产品部分或全额的友友信用供您下次使用。

友友兴趣班/夏令营

友友假期旅游线路产品

友友旅游线路团购产品仅提供退款到团购截至后14天以内。我们将在您的订货确认单中明确标注这个日期。

 

友友假期度假村优惠券

优惠券及优惠代码没有任何现金价值不能申请退款。



Refunds on Products

Products include all goods that are delivered directly to you by a supplier. Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery only if the product is defective or not received as advertised. All other requests for refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. In all cases, the product must be returned to the supplier in order to receive any compensation, and refundscannot be issued until the product has been received. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.


Refunds on Grocery items

Grocery items are 100% non-refundable. If the quality of the product you received is different than what was advertised, please contact us within 14 days of the last listed pick-up date. Requests past this time will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds on Online Learning Products

Online learning accounts are refundable until 72 hours before the advertised account opening date.

 

Refunds on Attraction Tickets 

Within the first 30 days, if you have not used your ticket and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide you with a full refund. After the 30 days have passed each request is handled on a case-by-case basis and only credit will be issued, if warranted.


Should a ticket's expiration date be shorter than 30 days, refunds will be available until three days before the listed expiry date. Refunds will not be provided on expired vouchers/tickets.


Refunds on Events and Seasonal offers

Once the event date has arrived, the voucher is 100% non-refundable. Please refer to the Offer Details for more information. WagJag will not issue refunds due to inclement weather.

 

Due to the nature of the product, show and performance tickets are not refundable.

 

Refunds on Children's Program Vouchers 

Within the first 15 days, if you have not redeemed your voucher and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide you with a full refund. After the 15 days have passed each request is handled on a case-by-case basis and only credit will be issued, if warranted.

Should a voucher’s redemption window be shorter than 15 days, refunds will be available until the listed expiry date. Refunds will not be provided on expired vouchers.

 

Refunds on Helloyoyo Travel offers

Helloyoyo will issue refunds on travel deals only within 14 days of the deal closing on the website. This date will be listed on your voucher.


Promo Codes 

Promotional codes have no cash value and are not refundable
