注意事项

入住时需预定会员本人携预定时使用的信用卡Check in。

当日下午入住，可以玩到次日晚上九点！

温馨提示：

1.Check in当天早点到。虽然resort房间下午4点才可以入住，但是提前check in的客人从下午1点就可以进入water park。

2.进入water park记住给孩子和自己带点水喝。虽然Water park里到处都是水，可都不能喝。

3.进入water park先占个小据点，并交待给孩子，这样孩子四处玩耍之后知道在哪里找你。

4.多带一些Cover-ups，但不用带浴巾。Water park提供很多烘热的干毛巾供客人使用，但不可以带回酒店房间，所以披上自己的cover-up回房间就很暖和方便。带上水鞋（Aqua Shoes），干净、安全、不会滑落。游泳眼镜记住带。还听说有人去GWL忘记带游泳衣的，让我说你什么好呢。。。

5.如果家里有不喜欢玩水的成员，带上一些in room entertainment,比如DVD、书、扑克、Cardboard Games。

6.探索Great Wolf Lodge除水上乐园之外的游乐设施：如大受小朋友欢迎的Kids Spa，迷你高尔夫，新增的MagiQuest，做毛绒玩具的Stuffing Station。注意哦，许多活动需要额外付款。如果家中有喜欢玩各类收费项目的小主，建议家长买个升级套餐Paw Pass，可以以套餐价体验几乎所有的收费娱乐项目外加延长退房时间到下午一点。

7.带点吃的。虽然Great Wolf Lodge的food不错，也不是贵得离谱，但是房间都准备有微波炉和冰箱，带一些早餐、点心还是很方便省事。

8.为环保起见，现在前台不再提供打印出来的Daily Event List。前台旁边有个屏幕，每天的活动都在上面滚动播出，不能印出来，就只有记在脑子里了。

9.家里有小朋友的，不要错过每晚8点的Story Time。记住穿上睡衣哦。

10.如果家里有购买纪念品的习惯，事先和小朋友约定好购买纪念品的金额。酒店的商店里可爱商品极多，要是没有限制那就失血大大滴了

11.您的Wristband里面可能有您信用卡的信息，安全起见，离开resort的时候，请把它销毁。

购买须知

To guarantee a reservation, a deposit is processed at the time of booking for the 1st room night, plus tax. On arrival, a $250 deposit is required for possible incidental room charges. The deposit can be paid with cash or via credit card authorization. Personal cheques are not accepted at check-in. The credit card authorization and/or the cash deposit are both released at check out. Cash deposit returns are in Canadian dollars.

Cancellation Policy: Guests are responsible for paying for their own accommodations. Deposits are taken either in cash or by credit card.

Guests making a reservation eight or more days from their arrival date have 24 hours in which to modify or cancel a reservation with no penalties but 3% of credit card transaction fee won't be refunded.

24 hours after booking guests who wish to cancel their reservation are subject to the following cancellation fees:

• $50cancellation fee + 3% of credit card transaction fee if cancelled 8 or more days from arrival

• $100cancellation fee +3% of credit card transaction fee for cancellations between 3-7 days of arrival

• First night’s deposit if cancellation is received less than 3 days from arrival.
